Jen has been passionately involved in the Twin Cities building industry for 15-plus years. From sales and marketing to strategic brand development and curating new business for clients, she has helped builders, architects, interior designers, and many other trade partners grow their businesses with strategic solutions. Actively involved in the industry’s associations and trade organizations, she acts as the face to many of her clients; wearing their hats and connecting them as any good “match-maker” would. When she is not working with her fabulous team, or coming up with new strategies for her clients, she is happy to be home with her hubby and spoiled Westie either enjoying their “empty nester” space or cooking up something fabulous to eat, golfing, pilates, yoga, and spending time at the lake with her kids, family, and friends is what she loves to do the most!

After graduating in 2017 from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Marketing, Maddie was able to quickly jump into her role as the Director of Digital and Social Media Marketing. As a Millennial, she is able to bring a fresh, new perspective to our clients’ social media through updated design and content. With the ever-changing social media world, her ability to quickly learn and apply new trends while maintaining a brand’s “voice” continues to be the foundation of her position. 

When the social media world shuts down for the day, Maddie enjoys traveling the world with her fiance or playing with her beautiful rescue pup, Wendy. 

Lauren graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She has an extensive background in growing brands through branding, design, and marketing. With a large variety of experiences, her career started in digital marketing working with large corporation branding and design, then a fun stop with marketing and design for wine and spirits, she then found her passion in the building industry. Lauren has been involved in the industry for many years helping companies grow their brand and business through strong and consistent brand marketing. Lauren’s background in Marketing and Brand Management is a welcomed asset to the McAlpin Marketing team, her eye for design along with her industry relationships and knowledge will allow an exciting new perspective for our clients.

When the day is done, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family. She loves exploring new places for a fun adventure, finding the best places to grab a drink, eat some great food and enjoy quality time with family and friends! 

Patti is an accomplished visionary who has worked with a list of blue chip clients. She has over 20 years of creative marketing experience. She has a robust assortment of skill sets ranging from creative concept, strategy, design, video, photography and production. 

Her strength and passion has led her to increase brand awareness and online visibility through her innovative content creations. Raising brand recognition, audience engagement, and lead generation through social media that motivates, inspires, educates, and informs.

Patti’s background in creative marketing is a welcomed asset to the McAlpin Marketing team. Her creativity, talent and knowledge will allow an exciting new perspective for our clients.

At the end of the day, Patti enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family, friends and her furry companion Cooper. As an empty nester, she enjoys water skiing and downhill skiing with her husband, along with biking, hiking, cycling and experiencing the outdoors, traveling in their DIY customized camper van.
