Jen has been passionately involved in the Twin Cities build industry for 15 years. From sales & marketing to strategic brand development and curating new business for clients, she has helped builders, architects, interior designers, and many other trade partners grow their businesses with strategic solutions. Actively involved in the industry’s associations and trade organizations, she acts as the face to many of her clients; wearing their hats and connecting them as any good “match-maker” would. When she is not working with her fabulous team, or coming up with new strategies for her clients, she is happy to be home with her hubby and spoiled Westie either enjoying their “empty nester” space or cooking up something fabulous to eat. Golfing, pilates, yoga, and spending time at the lake with her kids, family, and friends is what she loves to do the most!
Director of Digital & Social Media
After graduating in 2017 from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Marketing, Maddie was able to quickly jump into her role as the Director of Digital and Social Media Marketing. As a Millennial, she is able to bring a fresh, new perspective to our clients’ social media through updated design and content. With the ever-changing social media world, her ability to quickly learn and apply new trends while maintaining a brand’s “voice” continues to be the foundation of her position.
When the social media world shuts down for the day, Maddie enjoys traveling the world with her boyfriend or playing with her beautiful rescue pup, Wendy.
Creative Director & Project Manager
Angie graduated from the Art Institute of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Her interior design background aided the transition to her new career path as a graphic designer. With a creative mind and a keen eye for detail, she took a job that allowed herself to become experienced in graphic design, along with print marketing, SEO, and social media. After 8 years of continual growth, she decided it was time to look for a more challenging position where she would maximize her potential. At McAlpin Marketing, Angie’s unique background helps streamline business by reducing the need for outsourcing design-related projects. Her project-management abilities and her love for creating promotion material for clients has allowed McAlpin Marketing to excel to a whole new level.
When she isn’t working, Angie enjoys spending time with her family and friends at their family lake cabin in Wisconsin. Living in the heart of Minneapolis, she can be found at many of the festivals and art shows throughout the summer. She also has an adorable Pitbull Terrier Mix, named Pete, who she rescued in 2016 from the Animal Humane Society. He enjoys long walks, cuddling, kisses, and of course spending time with the McAlpin team.
